A Different Interpretation of the News
It is possible to follow events happening in the world and in Turkey from news sites. With the widespread use of the internet in every field, news channels have also started to prepare online news channels, enabling people to reach their right to information more quickly. In this context, the relevant online religious news and current news on the established web pages ensure that they reach the target audience quickly.
Features of News Sites
A news site makes current events quickly accessible. Considering that people access the internet more than television, newspapers, or radio today, it is understandable why the daily visitor numbers of news sites operating online are so high. In Turkey, which is a mosaic where people from different nations and cultures come together, it is quite natural to have different opinions and perspectives. Every segment demands that current news be evaluated within the framework of their worldviews. This leads to the establishment of news sites with different understandings and the interpretation of daily news with comments tailored to their target audience. Although this situation is perceived by some as a violation of the principle of impartiality, it is actually nothing more than each news site catering to its own audience.
Religious Interpretation of the News
Considering that ninety-nine percent of Turkey and a large majority of the world's population are Muslim, it is natural to bring an Islamic interpretation to the news. Everything that happens in the world happens by the permission of Allah, and there are aspects from which lessons should be learned from an Islamic perspective in every event. In this context, online religious news and Islamic interpretations on web pages meet the expectations of their target audience.
