Where Are Coats Painted?
Why Are Coats Painted?
Coats are winter clothing that people wear to keep warm in the winter months. In cold regions, the weather is often harsh. Therefore, people have started wearing thick clothes to protect themselves from the cold. Coats are one of the most preferred methods of protection from the cold. Turkey, located in the temperate zone, is a country that experiences all four seasons distinctly. As a result, since it is a country that also experiences winter, the weather drops below zero throughout the country. In such cases, there is a great demand for winter coats and overcoats during the winter months. The most important function of dyeing a leather coat, besides restoring its stylish appearance, is to protect the leather coat. Like all clothes, coats also tend to wear out over time. The leather of the coat can be worn out, or if it is a leather coat, various wrinkles may form, or there may be marks from folding. For all these reasons, the lifespan of the coat decreases, and due to prolonged use, it may wear out and require dyeing. After going through certain stages, the coat renews itself and achieves a brand-new look.
Are Coats Only Worn in Winter?
As Turkey is a country that experiences all four seasons, winters are harsh in some regions. Turkey's location in the temperate zone, along with experiencing multiple climatic conditions, causes the weather to get colder from west to east, which can also create differences in winter clothing. It is possible to achieve the desired results in the process of dyeing coats with a few small steps. After the dyeing process using fabric dye, it is possible to fix the dye and prevent fading or color loss by adding vinegar to a bucket of water (about half a tea glass) and then soaking the dyed coat in the vinegar water, ensuring that there is no air and that the vinegar water penetrates everywhere, before rinsing. Instead of vinegar, a fabric dye fixer sold under the name "fiske" can also be used. In addition, coats can be given to tailors for the desired dyeing, or new and more beautiful-looking coats can be created by adding a few decorative elements to the existing coats.
